About Wee Nudge

Wee Nudge was established in the Summer of 2025 as a positive response to AI becoming highly competent at code generation. We recognise the reality of this rapidly changing world and want to help people navigate this new era without the hype. Job roles are changing and the key to success is the ability to clearly articulate a problem to get a solution.

Three years after the release of Midjourney, followed closely by ChatGPT and Anthropic's Claude we have travelled from image and document generation to the creation of useful online tools and apps based on natural language instructions.

Now, anyone who can get words into a text file can build tools to solve everyday problems. Now everyone can be a problem solver. The technology moves quickly. New features that improve code quality and put safeguards in place are released most weeks.

If this doesn't sound like your experience with AI, that’s understandable. Most people use different generative AI tools from the embedded tools that coders use. So far, many people have used AI tools like verbose search-engines. Perhaps you've used ChatGPT to create a starting point for a project plan, to build a list of suggestions or to improve the grammar of something you’ve written. You may not notice AI working in the background in the tools you use every day. Some of you may be annoyed by its "eager helpfulness".

Specialist AI are integrated into the tools used by coders and are very good and rapidly getting better. They can call upon other specialist services, and they can create dedicated agents to "check their work" and focus on specific problem domains such as testing, security, accessibility and compliance.

When these tools are combined with a team who are not technical in the software sense, but are expert in how stuff gets done in your company or organisation; then you have a great opportunity to move forward in your sector.
